1. login to cgn via ssh with the hostname, user and pass you got from phrack
2. screen
3. irssi -h seti23.net OR irssi -h seti23.de (or a couple other vhosts...)
4. /server -6 efnet.ipv6.xs4all.nl
5. /j #seti23
6. chat...
7. Ctrl+A+D
8. quit

Next time you come back and from now on use "screen -x" instead of "screen".
