All the above relates to adding to the chongqed.org blacklist. That blacklist needs to be converted with a bash script to be compatible to the mediawiki format. For that reason we currently dont have it loaded here. See the [[HowTo/Submit_spam_report_and_update_blacklist#How_to_update_our_active_blacklistarticle|article]] where you can add though. Issues:
