    Problem:
    Sometimes the DNS that a network uses to acess the net will go down..so there is acess to the internet but one cannot browse it since domain names arent resolving to IP's.

    Question:
    Lets say one does have access to fix the DNS, How does one use tools like nslookup to manually by-pass DNS resolution, or any other tool? So essentially how can you still browse the net and not be dettered by no DNS resolution?
