An eggdrop bot on efnet run by mutante.
?? <keyword> - output definition to channel
?? -t <user> <keyword> - send a definition to a specific user by msg (non-public reply)
!learn <keyword> <description/link> - Make a new definition
!search <keyword> - Full text search thru definitons and output matching keywords
works in public or in queries..
..can run its own http server with definitions and more stuff
