YUM

YUM stands for Yellow Dog U'pdater, modified and is an automatic updater and package installer/remover for rpm systems. It is the default package management system on RedHat based systems, like (originally) Yellow Dog Linux and Fedora. YUM is to RedHat what apt is to Debian.
