Heh, check this out:

browser integration for UseMod wikis.
Does the automatic install work for you? Please test in different browsers.
I have trouble with Mozilla FireFox. I tried this way desribed instead:
Getting the Opera panel on Mozilla Add the following text to your profile's panels.rdf file: <RDF:Description about="urn:sidebar:3rdparty-panel:http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/cgi-bin/wiki-search.cgi" NC:title="Unreal Wiki" NC:content="http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/cgi-bin/wiki-search.cgi" NC:customize="http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/wiki?action=editprefs" NC:persist="false" />
Goal: change this to work with our own wiki. shouldnt be THAT hard,hu?
the guy was nice and released his source:
http://unreal.elmuerte.com/mozwiki.zip
I would like to make an .xpi file out of this. The proper extension format that should work on all Mozilla based browsers, especially on FireFox. then we could redistribute one file for S23-Wiki-Sidebar-Extension.
maybe see: http://texturizer.net/firefox/extensions/ , http://www.mozilla.org/docs/tutorials/tinderstatus/
yeah, nice ,it works, try this:
Click on this link : http://mutante.s23.org/mozwiki.php?install
Depending on your browser it should install automatically.
In Mozilla FireFox do like this:
Say Yes when it wants to add a bookmark, go to Menu "View"-->Sidebar->Bookmarks, and choose the S23-Wiki bookmark.
