Looking for "libtcl.so" on Debian while installing eggdrop ?
It is inside this package:
apt-get install tcl8.4-dev
And it's not really named like this, so:
ln -s /usr/lib/libtcl8.4.so.0 /usr/lib/libtcl.so
ldconfig
