< synaptic> god damn, 3ddesktop has to be one of the coolest little useless apps i've seen
< synaptic> i did an apt-get install 3ddesktop xbindkeys xbindkeys-config, then created an .xbindkeysrc with: "3ddesk --mode=carousel; killall xbindkeys; xbindkeys"\n Shift+Alt + w
< synaptic> now when i hit shift+alt+w, it brings up this badass little opengl 3d pager that rotates with the mouse wheel and is selected with the spacebar
