PyPlet - An IRC bot who speaks !

PyPlet is a very simple IRC bot who can pass messages through a Text To Speech engine to say what is written. PyPlet can use any Text To Speech engine. Two scripts to interface PyPlet with Festival or Mbrola are provided as examples, but you'll obtain better result by writing your own.
