"Taming" the feed, causes nicer format on WikiNetChanges when RC is included elsewhere, but on the other hand also the IRC bot relies on this and posts less info to channel.

the difference made was:

diff SpecialRecentchanges.php /var/www/w/includes/SpecialRecentchanges.php
